About Kirsten

Hi! I'm Kirsten, a recent NAU graduate with a Bachelor's in Marketing. I've worked with kids through babysitting, gym and golf course summer camps, dance instruction, and caring for younger family members since I was young. I believe children deserve to feel heard, respected, and understood, so I focus on listening and creating a safe, positive environment where they can be themselves. I'm patient, dependable, and energetic, and I enjoy engaging kids through play, crafts, reading, homework help, and creative activities. I've been working with children since I was about 8, starting with family and later as a mini cheer coach and through multiple childcare roles. I love working with kids because every day is different and rewarding. In my spare time I enjoy Pilates, thrifting, concerts, and anything near water. I'd describe myself as nurturing, reliable, and energetic, and I treat every child like family.
