About Kirsten

Hi! My name is Kirsten! I'm currently a Pre-K teacher and have worked in childcare for the past seven years, mostly with children ages 1 to 5. I absolutely love working with kids, but I'm hoping to step away from the childcare center setting and find something more personal where I can build a connection with a family! I'm also a mom to my 6-year-old daughter, Nevaeh! Being a mom myself, I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your children. I always want the kids in my care to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while having fun and learning! I'm currently attending college for Business Administration and Human Resources, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I have experience with daily routines, learning activities, and everything that comes with caring for little ones! I'm hoping to find a consistent, long-term position with a family I can grow with.
