Kirsten is truly a rare find and real a professional! She's attentive, gentle, kind and loving with every child, meeting them where they are each day and providing the support they need even while juggling the demands of several children at once. Every time we speak Kirsten listens attentively and incorporates seamlessly any changes in our daughter's care, sleep schedule or feeding routine. She always has a detailed report at the end of each day and sends cute pictures/updates with just the right frequency. Kirsten is the perfect nanny and I really can't recommend her highly enough!
