About Kirsten

Hello! My name is Kirsten and I am currently working as a personal trainer. I love working with people and being able to make an emotional and physical impact on my clients has been very rewarding. As I continue to build my cliente, my goal is to add an additional ~10 hours to my weekly schedule. I have two years of experience in child care, light housekeeping, and dog walking. In my previous position working with a family, I babysat for their two children under two, walked their dog and helped with the upkeep of their two bedroom apartment. I am currently certified in First Aid and CPR. Clear communication, time management and following instructions properly are a few things that I prioritize. My goal is to make a positive impact for a family and help make their week run a little smoother :)
