Kirstyn worked for me a total of two days before asking to change her scheduled day/hours! AFTER she was hired and a schedule was agreed upon. She said she wanted to drive home to see family for the weekend. I willingly agreed to swap her Friday to Thursday, even though it inconvenienced me. Then, on Sunday evening she texted saying she wanted to change the schedule again! This time she said she wanted to come earlier and leave sooner than the scheduled time. This was the last straw. I fired her. She is not dependable, nor considerate. Her work ethics are sorely lacking and her maturity is questionable. I do not recommended.
