About Kit

Hello! My name is Kit, and my primary experience is in teaching English as a second language. I also know basic Korean, if there's any language learning you would like to explore! I'm an English grammar and writing tutor, and have tutored high schoolers in math(college algebra) though it is not my specialty. My approach when it comes to children is that they are people too, with complex thoughts and ideas that should be respected and taken seriously. I like to know them as individuals and form a genuine connection; trust goes both ways! I'm pretty versatile and classroom training has taught me a ton of ways to keep little ones engaged. I'm a big fan of board games, dice games, and playing outside when possible, so active kids will have someone to keep up with them!
