About Kristen
Experience: 3 yrs
Fostering a child's independence and authentic growth is my true passion. As a certified Early Childhood Education teacher with lead Montessori infant/toddler experience, I provide calm, observation-led care tailored to sensitive periods (ages 0-3). My approach uses prepared environments, purposeful practical life activities, and sensory work to build self-direction and confidence. CPR and First Aid certified, I nurture the whole child--cognitively, socially, and emotionally. I value close family partnerships, strictly aligning with your home routines and communication style. I bring a reliable vehicle, assist with child logistics and light house support, and welcome pets. I look forward to being a trusted partner for your family.
Most recent review
Kristen is a wonderful, caring, warm and attentive caregiver. She was a teacher at our previous Montessori school for our 4 and 2 year old. She would ride the school bus with our kids every morning and afternoon to and from school for a year, when my oldest was 3 and our youngest was just 18 months old. I knew our children were always safe and well looked after with Kristen. She has become a friend of our family and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kristen to other families.
