About Kristen

I love working with children. I have three adult children of my own. Throughout my career, I have taught middle school and high school students, provided tutoring, and currently work as a school counselor in an elementary school. When caring for children, I provide a balance of structure, warmth, and encouragement. I strive to create a safe, positive environment where children feel supported and valued. While my personality is friendly and nurturing, I also set clear expectations for respectful behavior, listening, and following household rules.
