Buyer beware! If you’re looking for a reliable cleaner who actually knows how to clean, Kristi is not it. Over the period that she worked for me, her work was consistently rushed and she would often miss certain areas. What was most concerning about her was how she abruptly quit less than 24 hours before she was supposed to do a turnover cleaning for me, after checking with me that morning to confirm that she would be doing the cleaning. This was done for maximum effect so that I would be left hanging without a cleaner to do my turnover cleaning, nonetheless, thanks to the care.com platform, where she’s now receiving this very public review, I was able to find a replacement to get the job done. At no point during our professional relationship did she communicate with me that she had any issues or concerns and give me the opportunity to address it. She does not handle feedback well, which is evident in the manner that she quit. She did in-between cleaning twice for a guest that stayed for 6 weeks at my property, and when the guest checked out, mildew had grown in the primary bathroom. The guest left feedback regarding that saying the cleaning people needed to pay more attention to the job. One thing you can count on her for, she’s not afraid to charge. She can spend 3 hours on the job and still charge you upwards of $300, but she actually has no clue as to how to get the job done.
