She worked full-time with my 5-year-old and 2-year-old, and consistently went above and beyond in her role. She created a safe, nurturing environment while also keeping both children engaged with age-appropriate activities, learning, and play. She was incredibly patient, organized, and reliable, always showing up on time and ready to help however needed. My children absolutely adored her, and it gave me great peace of mind knowing they were in such capable and loving hands. She also helped maintain routines, assisted with meals, and kept everything running smoothly day to day. Any family would be lucky to have her—she truly treats the children she cares for as if they were her own.
