Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors is my true passion. With my background in hospital administration and public health, I take a thoughtful, personalized approach to care--always keeping your loved one's unique history, preferences, and daily routine front and center. I'm patient, grounded, and focused on making a warm, positive impact every day. I've held CPR and First Aid certifications and am glad to recertify right away if needed. As a caregiver, I'm glad to help out with meal prep, light housekeeping, running errands, and providing transportation. I'm comfortable managing stressful moments with a calm, gentle approach and can easily adapt as needs change.
