About Kristina

Hi there! I'm Kristina. I am a UCF graduate with a B. S. in Psychology. After graduating, I worked with adults and children on the Autism Spectrum for 3 years. I then transitioned to elderly care as a caregiver and couldn't be happier! I've been working as an elderly caregiver for 6 years in total, with 1 of those years including experience with Advanced Alzheimer's. I have both daytime and overnight experience as well. I provide companionship, run errands, outings, basic physical therapy, laundry assistance, light housekeeping, cooking, meal prep, transportation to appointments, medication management, personal hygiene assistance (bathing, grooming), etc. All in all, I absolutely love what I do, and can't wait to meet you!
