About Kristina

Hi! I'm Kristina, a Neuroscience student at the UP on the pre-med track. Working with children has always been a big part of my life. As the oldest sibling, I have helped care for my two much younger sisters for years, giving me extensive hands-on childcare experience. I have also worked with children through private swim lessons, youth swim coaching, adaptive swim instruction for children with disabilities, and one-on-one tutoring. These experiences have taught me how to connect with children of different ages, personalities, and needs while creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment. I am responsible, patient, energetic, and dependable. I enjoy helping with homework, planning activities, encouraging creativity, and supporting children's growth and confidence.
