About Kristin

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, nurturing, tenacious, loyal and patient. I've been a photographer for a lifetime which provides me with a great sense of observation which can be quite helpful when caring for others! That also means, my clients may get a lot of photos too! I like routine and keeping things organized. One of the things I enjoy about caring for seniors is that they feel comfort keeping their routines or habits. I like being able to help them feel a sense of control at a time when they start to lose things in their life. I'm there to help make life more comfortable for them. I love their stories and history they bring! It's also a great audience for silly jokes! I started caring for seniors by kismet when asked to care for a 98yr old man gradually declining into dementia. I learned so much about dementia, and I learned so much from him. I am grateful for the journey we took together.
