About Kristin

For the past 7 years - I have dedicated myself to providing professional in home care to my clients. I am compassionate, understanding, flexible and kind as well as comfortable with pets and children. My services enable seniors and others in need to live comfortably in their homes - temporarily or long-term. My background and experience in the health and fitness industry has enhanced my understanding of well-being. I offer transportation to appointments, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals, run errands and assist in medicine management. I work with the elderly, post surgery clients as well as individuals in all stages of dementia. I keep daily records and provide updates through written reports as well texts and phone calls. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I look forward to helping you or your loved one live safely, happily and comfortably at home.
