I have had well over 30 years of tuning my caretaking skills from on the job yearly training in order to stay current on first aid & CPR procedures, to personal experiences that hit close to the heart. As well as the "fast education" no-one expects when a loved one is diagnosed w/a heartbreaking condition. I'm am versed in caring for patients that struggle with kidney disease/failure & I'm all too familiar with the hospice care/process as it has hit very close to my heart. I believe the qualities that don't necessarily come with "training" are compassion & empathy. A person is born with those natural traits. I was born w/a huge heart for all living souls.
