About Kristi

Hi! I'm Kristi, a certified teacher with HCS and over 15 years of experience working with children. I hold two master's degrees in Special Education from CU and specialize in helping struggling readers build confidence and lifelong reading skills. I provide K-6 reading tutoring and am Orton-Gillingham (OG) trained, using a structured, multisensory approach to support students with dyslexia and other reading challenges. Each lesson is personalized to meet your child's unique needs in a fun, encouraging environment. I'm also a proud mom of twins (they are adults now) and understand the importance of finding someone you can trust. In addition to tutoring, I offer after-school childcare, homework help, date nights, weekends, school breaks, light household organization, and errands.
