About Kristy

I've spent much of my career caring for people and helping families navigate everyday life. Along with 25+ years as a career nanny and family support professional, I've often incorporated care for grandparents and older relatives into the family routine. I've also worked as a house manager and companion for an adult with physical disabilities and have several years of experience providing ongoing companion care for an older adult. I especially enjoy helping seniors remain active, connected, and independent. I'm available for flexible, as-needed support such as companionship, errands and shopping, transportation to doctor appointments, meal preparation, organizing, household help, or simply getting out of the house together. I'm not seeking a full-time caregiving position, but rather families or individuals who need a dependable, caring person they can call when an extra set of hands-or some good company would make life a little easier.
