About Kwaku

Bringing comfort and support to adults and seniors is my passion. As a Certified Home Health Aide with 12 years of experience, I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with daily living tasks. I also offer support with dementia, medical management, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle behavioral changes. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I strive to create a comfortable environment for care recipients. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. Supporting families and making a positive impact on lives is why I love what I do.
