About Kyla

My name is Kyla, and I am 21 years old with over 4 years of childcare experience. I have a strong passion for working with children and creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for them to grow and feel comfortable. I have hands-on experience caring for my 6 nieces and nephews of various ages, which has helped me develop patience, adaptability, and a deep understanding of children's needs. In addition, I worked at a daycare for 3 years, where I gained experience supervising groups of children, maintaining daily routines, organizing activities, and ensuring a safe and positive environment.
