About Kylie

I grew up in North Idaho in a loving, hard-working family who loves the outdoors. I started working with children when I was 12 and have worked with youth in some way ever since- as a volunteer, mentor, nanny, outdoor educator, guide, tutor and teacher. I moved to the Seattle area in 2008, where I worked as a nanny for 6years for a busy family with 5 children, with a big dog :) Since then, I have received a teaching degree and now have 5 years of experience teaching grades K-5 Math, Reading, Writing implementing Social Emotional Learning and Positive Behavior Supports with both neurotypical and neurodivergent children. My favorite part of working with youth is seeing them learn something new. I have a passion to teach kids in an interactive, fun way that encourages creativity, self-discovery, curiosity and confidence. I have learned from my experience that every family and child is different and has unique gifts and needs. I would love to connect with and support your family.
