Starting Rates are as follows * 1 bedroom 1 bath - 100. 00 2 bedroom 2 bath - 150. 00 - 175. 00 3 bedroom 2 bath - 175. 00 - 220. 00 4 bedroom 3 bath - 200. 00 - 300. 00 *** ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON SQUARE FOOTAGE AND CONDITION OF HOME*** These prices are for one time cleanings. Weekly and bi weekly cleaning will be discounted. I also offer a referral program as well - If you refer someone to me and they set up bi weekly cleanings you and them will receive 15% off 1 cleaning! I also provide all cleaning products and equipment.
