About Kyriel

Hi There! My name is Kyriel and I'm 27 years old. I started working with kids when I was in high school, taking on a few babysitting jobs here and there. Although, I received the most hands on experience as a gymnastics coach for gymnasts ages 6-14 for approximately two years. My most recent experience with children comes from my work as a social worker in both a DV safe shelter and family shelter for families who are unhoused. In this setting and the gymnastics setting I had experience working with children who were developmentally stunted through trauma and children diagnosed with ADHD and autism. A lot of these children having IEP's in school. My skills include strong communication skills, creative thinking for fun and enriching activities for the child and compassion and empathy. I find that my experience as a social worker has been very helpful in my work with children and would love to bring in my expertise to work with your family!
