With over 10 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide respite care, transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular check-ins, always respecting their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections.
