About Laila

Hello! My name is Laila, and I have over 7 years of experience caring for children from newborns to 6 years old. Working with children has always been something I'm passionate about, and I strive to create a safe, loving, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and feel comfortable. I am currently attending nursing school, which has strengthened my knowledge of child development, safety, health, and compassionate care. I understand the importance of patience, communication, and building trust with both children and parents. Whether it's caring for infants, keeping toddlers active with fun and educational activities, helping with meals, nap time, potty training, homework, or maintaining a consistent routine, I take pride in being dependable, attentive, and nurturing.
