About Laila

Hi! My name is Laila, I have experience caring for children of different ages. I genuinely enjoy working with children and helping them learn, play, and feel safe in a positive environment. I also have experience working with autistic children, including non-verbal children, and I understand the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and creating a supportive environment tailored to each child's individual needs. My responsibilities have included preparing meals and snacks, helping with routines, transporting children when needed, and maintaining a clean and organized space for the family. I am currently continuing to improve my English through ongoing studies, and I am comfortable communicating with children and families in both English, Portuguese or Spanish. I am responsible, patient, reliable, and dedicated to providing attentive and loving care. My goal is always to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can thrive.
