About Laina

As a caregiver with roughly 3 years of experience, I pride myself on my ability to provide a fun and safe environment where kids can grow. I am CPR certified and trained in First-Aid as of this time last year. I will be attending UNC in the fall! Starting with babysitting my nephew, I discovered my knack for childcare. Afterwards, I moved to volunteer childcare and later down the road a year round nannying gig. I am patient and kind with the kids I care for. Communication with the children and their parents is one of my primary goals. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere. During my time nannying it was typical for me to introduce the kids to things that I loved. I adore crafts, reading, and would often take the kids to the library to pick out fun books. If allowed, I'd love to do the same for your children. Fostering an atmosphere of creativity and education is something I aim for. I hope to hear from you soon!
