I am an active 65-year-old retired professional female. I am a widow, who took care of my husband for over 15 years before he passed. I am familiar with the effects heart disease, diabetes, kidney failure, and dementia have on an individual... and their loved ones. I also fully understand the importance of keeping them as active as possible and keeping them in good spirits. Despite their limitations, a person deserves to be treated with respect, to be given quality care, and should share a friendship and sense of trust with their companion. I love to play board or card games, watch TV, talk, do crafts, play bingo, or take walks outside, whatever they would like to do. I love to cook, so light meals would be OK if needed, as well as light housekeeping. Working together, as a team, we can ensure that your loved one remains safe, comfortable, and happy.
