About Lanita

I am a mother of 3 grown children and am now looking for a position that would like to have a 'grandmother' type caregiver. I have cared for children of all ages throughout my life. I am also a certified adult caregiver and have cared for adults, both privately and at a facility. I am comfortable with children of all ages and especially enjoy newborns to toddlers. I would love to find a family with a newborn/infant/toddler to grow with. I believe there is so much to learn from children and love how they are also eager to learn. I have been working in the healthcare field for years and would love to get back into the home setting. I have been vaccinated against covid, just not sure if it's considered 'fully' vaccinated. I am currently studying to be an SLPA. I also hope to learn sign language and Spanish, as I feel those would be great assets to bring to a nanny position as well as to my own life.
