Lara is incredibly communicative, punctual, and helpful. She is warm and caring and loving - our 14 month old who struggles to welcome strangers warmed up to her so quickly which almost never happens! She is super helpful and a great cook as well, she's made several dishes that our daughter absolutely loved. All in all, Lara has been a godsend - so loving, playful, energetic, kind, professional, and easy to communicate with. We would strongly recommend her!!
