About Lashauna

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, caring, and responsible. I like working with kids because children are the future. With love and support, their potential is endless. I'm looking for a job that is flexible! I started working with kids when I was a kid myself! I stared babysitting family when I was around 11, and started working at day camps around 12. At the age of 20, I went on to work in a preschool/daycare setting as the lead teacher of a 3-year-old classroom. Following, due to unforeseen circumstances, I moved to Florida for a couple months and worked as a substitute, and whenever I returned, I worked at an organization as a Youth Ministries Coordinator up until this fall. In my spare time, I like to read, and create! My skills include active listening, keeping kiddos engaged, and demonstrating respect.
