About Lashawnna

Hi! I'm Lashawnna, a 23-year-old caregiver based in Ridgefield, CT, and I'm happy to travel to neighboring towns. I have about 5 years of childcare experience, including 2 years at a daycare caring for infants through preschoolers and several summers at the Ridgefield Boys & Girls Club working with elementary-aged children. I currently work as an Academic Director for a program serving high school students, so I'm comfortable working with kids of all ages. I'm kind, energetic, empathetic, and bubbly, and I genuinely love working with kids. I can do reading, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, dancing, games, and educational activities. I'm comfortable with meals, bath and bedtime routines, homework help, school pickup/drop-off, errands, and caring for multiple children. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified!
