About Latoya

Being raised by my grandparents created a passion in me for senior citizens. Seniors citizens have resonated with me since I can remember. Although I have been doing this line of work since 2006 I have been state certified as a CNA since 2016. I have worked in several healthcare settings including long term nursing, home healthcare, personal care homes, MC, AL, & ILcommunities. I have served as a MC director for several prominent senior living providers including Brookdale, Enlivant, & Atlas. I have assisted a plethora of clients, from all diversities and cultural backgrounds, who are challenged with various ailments. I am skilled at utilizing all medical assistive devices. I take my role as a CNA seriously& perform my duties with compassion & integrity. I began working as a privateduty CNA in Dec2022 & established WeServe4, LLC in April 2023. My strongest suit is my diligence to each and every person that I serve. My only weakness is having a weakness for the clients that I serve.
