Latoya cared for both my parents before their passing. She always treated them with kindness and respect. She would joke with my dad which made him always smile. My mom had dementia and sometimes could be difficult, Latoya had a way to keep her calm and before you knew it she was happy again. She is a very unique person and does not see her role just as a job, but she truly cares. Me and my family always loved when we knew Latoya was on duty and taking care of my parent.
