About Lauder

Hi! My name is Lauder, and I'm a caring and dependable caregiver who loves working with children because every day is different and full of opportunities to help them learn and grow. I focus on creating a positive and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves while also building confidence and independence. I focus on maintaining structure while also adapting to each child's individual personality and needs. I make an effort to communicate clearly with parents so they feel informed, involved, and confident in my care. I like to keep kids engaged with a mix of activities, whether that's being active outside, getting creative, or finding fun ways to learn new things. I also have training in First Aid and CPR, and I'm always attentive, responsible, and focused on keeping children safe.
