I gave this review three stars because haven't experienced housecleaning, so this review is based on text/phone communication only. The initial communication was very polite and respectful. After the first text communication, a time/date was set but then postponed to the next day. The second communication, to reschedule and confirm the postponed day/time (next day) resulted in a no-reply and a no-show for the housecleaning, unfortunately.
