About Laura

Hello, my name is Laura. I have experience with people that require any level of assistance with their tasks of daily living. I can provide companionship and peace of mind for families with loved ones in need of help. Safety is my utmost priority. I have two semesters of clinical experience in the hospital from nursing school, as well as a year as a full time care giver for a client with dementia. I am familiar with the usage of assistive devices. I am CPR/BLS certified. My skills include getting clients ready for the day, assisting with tasks of daily living, and keeping track of a clients specific schedule and individualized needs. I am experienced with the adult and senior population where I can provide assistance, company, and transportation to and from any appointments. I can prepare meals according to dietary needs.
