About Laura

I have worked with children for quite some time now. They always bring me joy, and I try my best to be kind and caring, and teach them to be kind to others as well. For almost two years I was the Nanny for twin boys, now 3 years old. Unfortunately, they moved out of state, but I had a lot of fun working with them! Prior to that, I worked for 4 years in my church's nursery and religious education classes with more than 4 kids at a time. So I know how to handle different personalities and temperaments -- kind of like the Von Trapp family in "The Sound of Music!" Additionally, since my brother is on the Autism Spectrum, I have a personal connection with special needs children, and enjoy working with them. Lastly, I am willing to help out with any animals that need to be taken care of because I have my own animals - a cat and a dog.
