About Laura

I have a bachelor's degree in bilingual education and only see myself working with children. Although I did not continue the teaching route, I enjoyed the experience and learned a lot from my time in the school environment. I will always follow the family's preferred approach. With my teaching background, I enjoy creating a happy, calm, and peaceful environment where the child can thrive. I have always gone the gentle parenting route because it can help build healthy coping methods for the child. I will always go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of children. I love doing arts and crafts and activities that let the children experience different things. I enjoy spending my time out exploring Austin. I love trying new restaurants, hiking, swimming, and hanging out with friends. I also have a daughter, and we do just about everything together. I love taking my daughter to any child-related space around Austin and letting her explore and try new experiences with me.
