About Laura

Hi, I'm Laura! Caring for animals is my lifelong passion, and welcome to Camp Pawsome! Over the past 27 years, I've raised six dogs, cared for countless pups, and fostered with New Jersey Boxer Rescue. Today, I run Camp Pawsome full-time alongside my two sons & our two friendly rescue dogs, making sure every guest is showered with love, structure, and companionship. Whether your pet is visiting for cozy home boarding, an energetic neighborhood walk, or a loving drop-in visit (cats and other household pets welcome, too!), they are treated just like family. What you can expect: • Boutique Care: Boarding groups are intentionally kept small for a calm, safe setting and personalized attention. • Companionship: Because this is my full-time work, boarding pups are never left alone for over 2 hours. • Personalized Comfort: We follow your pet's exact feeding, exercise, and care routines. • Meet & Greet: Scheduled prior to first bookings to ensure a perfect fit!
