Welcome! I have 10+ yrs of experience in caring for children as young as newborns to teen aged. My work experience takes me back to servicing in establishments with daycares and also working for military families. As a military family we've moved around multiple times and as a mother I know how crucial it is to find someone that will care for my child as if they were their own. For this very reason I thrive in making a connection with children so that they may feel safe. I try to use my own motherly intuitiveness to help and guide children while we explore through creative art or nature outings. I am currently an on-call nanny assistant for an at home daycare for littles of various ages. I hope to help families from all walk of lives that need assistance with their children. I am CPR certified. I have my own transportation. I do not smoke (anything). I love dogs. I'm a local native to Monterey County. Currently i'm a student and I'm working towards my LCSW degree.

We were in town for a family wedding that both my husband and I were in and we needed someone dependable who could seamlessly fit into the weekend while taking care of our 6-month-old. Laura proved to be nothing short of incredible. From the moment she arrived, Laura’s calming and nurturing nature put us at ease. We had never left our baby with someone we didn’t know before, and her gentle demeanor immediately made us feel comfortable. For nearly three full days, Laura took excellent care of our little one. She kept him entertained, fed him, and managed all his naps and bedtime routines with a grace that was truly impressive. Laura’s ability to handle fussiness and teething was particularly noteworthy. She adjusted his schedule as needed to ensure he was well-rested and content, which was crucial because he was part of the wedding and we wanted him to be on his best behavior. Her presence was a huge relief, allowing us to fully participate in the wedding knowing that our baby was in such capable hands. Laura’s dedication and instinctive care made her an invaluable part of our special weekend, and we would not hesitate to hire her again. She truly went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care she provided and the bond she formed with our baby.
