About Laura

I specialize in early childhood development and true authoritative (gentle) parenting. I do not use screens as a tool or toy. I have 10+ years of experience working with kids, I worked as an afterschool director in college and after graduating uni I worked for great families, each 3+ years. I have worked with all ages and work to establish structures that will outlast my time with each family, and set children up for success in their future endeavors. I am comfortable in all childcare situations and I understand that no two children are the same. I love cooking and do my best work with picky eaters. I am a very organized person while maintaining a playful, and responsive energy. My goal is to always have children motivated, content, and entertained while making sure they are properly fed and attended to.
