About Laura Rene

Hi! I'm Laura, an experienced LPN and caregiver with over 25 years of experience supporting children and adults with a wide range of needs. My background includes one-on-one school nursing in a Special Education Functional Core classroom. I provide calm, structured, and individualized support tailored to each child's needs. Previous foster parent ages 0-12yrs. I also ran an in-home daycare and preschool - styled as an outdoor homesteading co-op. I enjoy caring for children, supporting everyday routines, age-appropriate play, reading, creativity, outdoor activities, and social and developmental growth. I'm happy to assist with homework, meals, transportation, errands, and maintaining consistent family routines. I am dependable, organized, and attentive, and I strive to create a safe, positive environment where children feel supported, confident, and encouraged to grow--whether they need specialized care or general childcare support
