Hello! My name is Laura, and I have a background in Educational Psychology with over 7 years of experience working with children in both Colombia and the United States. My experience includes working as an au pair and currently caring for two young children (ages 1 and 3). I'm passionate about supporting children's development through play, structure, and positive guidance. I have experience with early childhood development, emotional support, and creating age-appropriate learning activities. I'm patient, responsible, and very nurturing. I focus on creating a safe, loving, and structured environment where children feel secure and can grow confidently.
