Lauren is one of the most thoughtful, energetic and empathetic caregivers who we have worked with. We have used Lauren for regular after school pickups and one-off playdates since our daughter was about 2 years old. Lauren is consistently thoughtful, delightful and most of all, patient with our increasingly toddler-esque toddler. She comes up with games, helps promote creative activity and is most of all, sensitive to what our daughter needs in the moment. Communication has been clear and consistent. Availability has been flexible, though Lauren is also clear about when she won't be able to work. Strongest recommendation and we look forward to continuing to work with her.
