About Lauren

Hi my name is Lauren! I am 26 years old and moved to DC 3 years ago from CA. I have a degree in Psychology and Human Development, and am in Grad School hoping to become a Child Psychologist. I have been babysitting/nannying for 12+ years and have been working at an Early Learning Center for the past 2. 5 years. While I have experience with ages 2 months-12 years, my classroom as an assistant teacher was for 2. 5-3. 5-year-olds so I have a strong knowledge of toddlers! I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I will have classes 2 days a week in the evenings and will be available M-F 8:30am-4 p.m. I am hoping to find a permanent part time position! I'm looking for a job that I can commit to part time with a family that is eager to find a hardworking, reliable and fun nanny In my spare time, I like to read, draw and explore DC! My skills include conflict management, playtime and early education teaching skills
