I hold a graduate degree and have First Aid Training. My experience includes adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts or phone calls, and always respect their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me.
