About Lauren

My experience with kids stems from being raised with three siblings. As a teenager, my parents trusted me to look after my younger sister, and, while they did provide me with an allowance for the endeavor, my true reward came from the satisfaction I felt when I knew that I had helped my family. I know parents to be some of the strongest people in the world, but they're human too, and I would love the chance to allow any "Super-Parent" the opportunity to rest. In my spare time, I like to read, write, bake, and sing along to all of my favorite songs. One thing you should know about me is that I love to sing, so I may hum on the job. My skills include patience, maturity, and communication. Kids are smarter than they receive credit for, and my approach to caring for them is to always keep a level tone and an open listening ear.
