I have been a nanny for over 11 years. I absolutely loved it and this is what I excel at! I took a break when I had my own kids and was a substitute teacher for years, but when the pandemic hit and that was no longer an option, I got back into nannying. For over four years now I have been working overnights and specializing in sleep training babies. I have to come to love this particular niche in nannying and have found it to be a talent of mine. While all babies are different and each parent prefers a different method, the goal is always a baby (or babies) that sleeps through the night and parents feeling well rested and ready to tackle a new day with their little ones.
