Hi! I'm originally from upstate New York and moved to Florida a few years ago. I recently graduated from Nova Southeastern University with my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and currently work as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I also completed a clinical internship working with children and adolescents, which gave me additional experience supporting children's emotional, social, and behavioral needs. I have many years of childcare experience, including working at a preschool and before/after-school program, nannying for two families, working at a county summer camp, and babysitting for families in my community. I also have experience pet sitting! I truly enjoy working with children of all ages and creating a fun, safe, supportive, and engaging environment. I'm dependable, patient, caring, and would love the opportunity to get to know your family!

Lauren is absolutely AMAZING with kids! She has been taking care my 3 and 1 year old for some time now and has been an absolute blessing to us! My daughter was in the terrible 2/3 stage when Lauren came into our lives. Lauren has an amazing way to get my daughter to calm down all while accepting the no that got her going in the first place. She truly helped my daughter understand her emotions. Lauren also has a great sense of responsibility, she was never late and always ensured the girls followed our rules. Lauren also did an exceptional job engaging my girls in games and learning, they NEVER wanted the iPad when Lauren was around! Her job responsibilities were to get them dressed for the day prepare lunches and snacks for them take them on walks and play games as well as engage in learning activities . Lauren is the one you have been looking for! I would hire her again in a heartbeat!!
